Smoke · Pet · Mildew
Austin car odor removal, treated at the source.
Smoke, pet, mildew, a spill that ran under the seat. We find where the smell lives and treat that spot with steam and an enzyme odor remover, on top of a Restore interior detail. $35 added to the Restore, which starts at $235. In your driveway, booked online.

A smell is something still in the car
Smoke in the headliner and the vents, dog in the carpet, milk that ran under the seat, damp in the trunk. An air freshener sits on top of it for a week. We go after the thing itself.
First we find where it is coming from. Then we treat that spot with steam and an enzyme odor remover, on top of the Restore deep vacuum, the compressed-air blowout of the vents and seams, and every surface cleaned by hand. Tell us what the smell is when you book, so we bring the right products for it.
Straight answer: it is not guaranteed to come out completely. Pet, food, milk and mildew smells usually do. Smoke that has soaked into a headliner and cloth seats for years gets a lot better and may not go away in one visit. We tell you which one you have before we start, not after.
Four smells, four different jobs
Smoke
Cigarette and weed smoke live in the headliner, the vents and the fabric. Steam on the headliner and seats, enzyme treatment, vents blown out. Most of it goes on the first visit, years of heavy smoking in cloth may take two.
Pet
Dog and cat smell sits in the carpet and the seat foam, usually with the hair. Enzyme remover on the spots, steam, and pet hair removal if you add it. Usually comes out.
Mildew and damp
A wet carpet, a leak or a car that sat shut in the heat. We treat the carpet and pad where we can reach and tell you if it looks like water is still getting in, because the smell comes back until that is fixed.
Food, milk and sick
Something spilled and soaked in, often under a seat or in the rails. We find the spot, pull what is there, treat it with the enzyme remover and steam it. These usually come out fully.

How much does car odor removal cost in Austin?
With us, $35 added to an interior detail. Most smells need the Restore, so the total is $270 to $380 depending on vehicle size: $270 for a coupe, $290 sedan, $310 SUV or truck, $340 three-row, $380 oversized. If the car only needs a Refresh, it is $180 to $270. No travel fee, and the price you book is the price you pay.
Can you get cigarette smoke smell out of a car?
Often most of it, sometimes all of it, and we do not promise either. Smoke sits in the headliner, the vents and the fabric, so that is where we work: a blowout of the vents and seams, steam, and an enzyme odor remover on the fabric and headliner. A car with years of heavy smoking in cloth seats improves a lot on the first visit and may need more than one.
Is it guaranteed to come out?
No, and anyone who tells you it is has not smelled your car yet. Pet, food, milk and mildew smells usually come out completely. Smoke and anything that has been in the car for years gets a lot better and may need a second visit. We look at the car and tell you which one you have before we start.
How do you actually get the smell out?
We find where it is coming from, because a smell is always something still in the car. Then steam on that spot and an enzyme odor remover that breaks the source down instead of covering it, on top of the Restore deep vacuum, compressed air through the vents and seams, and every surface cleaned by hand. No perfume over the top of it.
What about a mildew or wet-carpet smell?
We treat the carpet and the pad where we can reach, steam it and treat the mildew with the enzyme remover. If the car is still taking on water from a leak or a bad seal, the smell comes back until that is fixed, and we will tell you if it looks that way.
Can I book odor removal on its own?
It is added to a Refresh or Restore, because the smell is in the carpet, seats and headliner and those have to be properly cleaned for the treatment to hold. If you only want the treatment, text us a photo and what it smells like and we will tell you what makes sense.
How long does it take?
A Restore with the odor treatment is about 2 to 3 hours for a typical car, longer for heavy smoke or pet hair. You don't wait anywhere, we text you when it's done.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to the car and a spot to work. Most people leave a key or meet us for a minute. You get a text and photos when it's done.
When do I pay?
After the detail, once you've looked the car over. Booking saves your card without charging it. The charge goes through when the job is done.
Tell us what it smells like.
Book the Restore, add Odor elimination at checkout and tell us what it is. We bring the steamer and the right products.
