Can you get kid mess and pet hair out?
Yes. The Restore covers stains and steam. Heavy pet hair is a $55 add-on because it takes real time to pull out of carpet. Child seats are $25 and we do the straps and base, not just the cover.
How long does a Restore take?
Usually two to three hours on a family SUV, a little longer if there’s heavy pet hair or the third row needs real work. You’ll get a time window when you book.
Can you work while I’m working from home?
Yes. We set up in the driveway and only knock if we need the car unlocked or moved. Most people forget we’re there until the text comes in.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to the car and a spot to work. Most people leave a key or meet us for a minute. You get a text and photos when it's done.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes, everything. DI-filtered water for a spot-free rinse, a pressure washer, power, and all the products.
When do I pay?
After the detail, once you've looked the car over. Booking saves your card without charging it. The charge goes through when the job is done.
