What to expect
Steiner Ranch was our first boat inquiry and it’s still one of the neighborhoods we’re in most. Quinlan Park, Steiner Ranch Boulevard, The Bluffs, out toward Four Points and River Place. Long driveways, good shade, and gates that we’ve learned to text ahead for.
If you keep a boat at the Steiner Ranch marina or on a lift behind the house, we’ll set up dockside. Cars get done in the driveway the same visit, so the whole garage is handled in one morning.
Steiner is built on the hill, so driveways slope and Lake Austin is a short drive down the hill. We plan the visit around both. If the community gate needs a code or a guest entry, tell us when you book. We’ll text the day before to confirm, and you don’t have to be home for either the cars or the boat.

Do you come out to the Steiner Ranch marina?
Yes. Any dock or lift on Lake Austin we can get the rig near. Tell us where the boat is when you book and we’ll confirm access with you the day before.
Do you need a gate code?
If your street or dock is gated, yes. Put it in the booking notes or text it to us. We only use it for your appointment.
Is a Lake Austin boat treated differently from a Lake Travis boat?
The process is the same. Lake Austin water is steadier and the boats tend to stay on lifts, so they collect less scum but just as much sun. A monthly Deckhand keeps them sharp.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to the car and a spot to work. Most people leave a key or meet us for a minute. You get a text and photos when it's done.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes, everything. DI-filtered water for a spot-free rinse, a pressure washer, power, and all the products.
When do I pay?
After the detail, once you've looked the car over. Booking saves your card without charging it. The charge goes through when the job is done.
How do I book?
