What's different
Things we do differently on a Tesla
Tesla paint is soft, especially the black and the white, and it swirls if you look at it wrong. So every wash is foam first, two buckets, fresh mitts and dry towels, no automatic wash ever.
The interior is a different set of rules. The vegan leather gets a pH-neutral cleaner and a protectant made for it, not a leather conditioner that leaves it greasy. The screen gets a microfiber and a screen-safe cleaner, nothing sprayed near it. The glass roof and the frunk get done, because they get missed everywhere else.
We leave the car in the same mode we found it, and we don't need it plugged in or unlocked the whole time. Leave it in Sentry, hand us the card or the phone key for the hour, and we text you when it's done.

Do you know about the paint?
Yes. Tesla clear coat is thin and soft. We wash it the paint-safe way, and a coating is the one upgrade every Tesla should get first.
Can you clean the screen?
Yes, with a microfiber and screen-safe cleaner. Nothing gets sprayed on it, and we put it in Car Wash Mode or turn it off for the wipe.
Does the car need to be unlocked?
Just at the start and end. Leave a key card, or set up a temporary key. Sentry can stay on.
Do you do Rivian, Lucid, Polestar?
Yes. Same care on the paint, and we know our way around the interiors.
What size is my Tesla?
Model 3 and Model S are Sedan. Model Y is SUV / Truck, or 3-Row if it has the third-row seats. Model X is 3-Row. Cybertruck is SUV / Truck.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to the car and a spot to work. Most people leave a key or meet us for a minute. You get a text and photos when it's done.
When do I pay?
After the detail, once you've looked the car over. Booking saves your card without charging it. The charge goes through when the job is done.
