What to expect
Downtown means tight garages, valet stands and building managers who have opinions. We’ve worked in enough of them to know the drill: tell us the building, we’ll handle the rest. Most towers just want a heads-up and a spot away from the ramp.
The Alfa Romeo 4C on our homepage was done four levels down in a downtown garage with our own lights. Condos on Rainey, the 2nd Street District, the Seaholm area and the offices along Congress are all regular stops.
Timing matters more downtown than anywhere else. We plan around move-in hours, garage height limits and the times a loading area is free, and we keep the setup to the space your car already takes up. Paint downtown takes a beating from grackles, construction dust and the sun on the upper levels, so a sealant from the Elite or a full ceramic coating pays off faster here than in a suburban garage.
Rainey Street and the newer towers east of Congress have some of the tightest garages in the city. We work within the space your car already takes up, keep everything off the drive lanes and never block a ramp. In a valet building, tell us the valet desk and we’ll check in there first.

Do you need a water spigot or power in the garage?
No. We carry both. If the building has rules about washing in the garage we can do a rinseless wash that leaves no water on the floor, just tell us when you book.
What do you need from my building?
Just the building name, the garage level and how we get in: a guest pass, a code or a call box. If management needs anything else from us, tell us when you book and we’ll sort it out ahead of time.
Can you get bird droppings and water spots off?
Yes. Fresh droppings come off in the wash. If they’ve sat in the heat and etched the clear coat, a polish takes out most of the mark, and a coating makes the next one wipe off easily.
Do you charge more to work in a parking garage?
No. A garage costs the same as a driveway. The price is set by the package and the size of the car, and nothing is added without your OK.
Can you detail the car while I’m at work?
Yes. Leave a key with the front desk or valet, tell us the garage level and spot, and you’ll get a text with photos when it’s finished.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to the car and a spot to work. Most people leave a key or meet us for a minute. You get a text and photos when it's done.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes, everything. DI-filtered water for a spot-free rinse, a pressure washer, power, and all the products.
When do I pay?
After the detail, once you've looked the car over. Booking saves your card without charging it. The charge goes through when the job is done.
