My driveway is steep. Is that a problem?
No. We chock the wheels and work on the level parts first. If it’s really steep we’ll use the street or the garage apron. Mention it when you book and we’ll plan for it.
Is a ceramic coating worth it on an older car?
Often, yes. If you plan to keep the car a few more years, a polish plus a coating restores the gloss and protects it from the sun. We’ll look at the paint first and tell you honestly if it’s not worth it.
Can you detail a car that’s been sitting for months?
Yes. Expect a Restore or an Elite. We clean the dust and debris out of the vents, treat the leather, and wash and decontaminate the paint. Tell us when you book so we plan the extra time.
Do you need shade or a garage?
It helps in summer, but it isn’t required. A garage, a carport or the shady side of the house all work. In full sun we wash and dry one panel at a time so nothing spots.
Do you come to Cat Mountain and Great Hills?
Yes, along with Allandale, Balcones and the streets off 360. There’s no travel fee anywhere in our service area.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to the car and a spot to work. Most people leave a key or meet us for a minute. You get a text and photos when it's done.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes, everything. DI-filtered water for a spot-free rinse, a pressure washer, power, and all the products.
When do I pay?
After the detail, once you've looked the car over. Booking saves your card without charging it. The charge goes through when the job is done.
