Paint Correction
In Austin
Swirls, scratches, water spots, and oxidation — machine-polished out of your clear coat, at your home. From a one-step gloss enhancement to full multi-stage correction.
Bring Back The Day-One Gloss
Every wash at a tunnel car wash, every dusty towel wipe, every year in the Texas sun leaves its mark — fine swirls and scratches that scatter light and make even a clean car look tired. Paint correction removes those defects from the clear coat itself.
1-step correction is a single machine-polishing stage that clears light swirls and haze and restores serious gloss — right for newer or well-kept paint. 2-step correction is a full cut-and-polish that removes heavier swirls, scratches, and oxidation for a near-flawless, mirror finish.
Correction is also the required first step before ceramic coating — a coating locks in whatever's under it, so we make sure what's under it is perfect. Our Correction + Coating packages bundle both at the best value.

Paint Correction Questions
What's the difference between correction and a coating?+
Correction removes defects already in your paint — swirls, scratches, oxidation. A ceramic coating protects the paint going forward and adds gloss. Best result: correct first, then coat, which is exactly what our Correction + Coating packages do.
Do I need 1-step or 2-step?+
Rule of thumb: if your paint looks good until direct sunlight hits it, 1-step. If you can see scratches and swirls in any light, 2-step. Not sure? Text us a photo in sunlight and we'll tell you straight — (512) 387-2863.
Can you do paint correction at my home?+
Yes — fully mobile across Austin and the surrounding areas. Correction works best with access to shade or a garage; we'll confirm the setup when you book.
How long does it take?+
A 1-step typically runs 3–5 hours; a 2-step can take a full day depending on vehicle size and paint condition. We confirm timing with your quote.
Will the swirls come back?+
Correction permanently removes existing defects, but new ones can be inflicted by bad wash technique. Protect the finish with a ceramic coating and proper maintenance washes — we can handle both.
