What to expect
Most of what we do around the Domain happens in a parking garage. Domain Northside, Rock Rose, the towers off Alterra Parkway, the offices on Kramer and Burnet. We bring water, power and lighting, so a garage spot on the third level is no different to us than a driveway.
A lot of the cars here are Teslas, BMWs and Porsches that get driven every day and washed rarely. The Signature is the usual pick. If you’re in a complex, let us know if the garage needs a code or a guest pass and we’ll sort it before we show up.
Around the Domain, the easiest way is during the workday. You leave the car in its spot, we text when we’re on site, and it’s done before you head home. If your building only allows a rinseless wash in the garage, that’s what we bring: a careful hand wash with no runoff, then the interior gets the full treatment like anywhere else. Pollen and dust from the open garages around North Burnet build up fast, so a Maintain every month or so keeps it from ever getting bad.
Garages around the Domain fill up at commute times, so a mid-morning or early-afternoon slot is usually the easiest to work in. If your building has a wash bay or a spot set aside for detailing, tell us and we’ll use it. Otherwise any regular space works, as long as there’s a little room on each side to open the doors.

Can you detail in my apartment or condo garage at the Domain?
Yes, that’s most of our jobs here. We need a spot with a little room around the car and a way in. Our rig carries its own water and power, and we clean up the space when we’re done.
Can you detail my car while I’m at work?
Yes. Leave a key at the front desk or with us, tell us the garage level and spot, and you’ll get a text with photos when it’s finished.
My garage doesn’t allow water. Can you still wash the car?
Yes. We use a rinseless wash in garages that don’t allow runoff. It lifts the dirt with a polymer solution and plush towels, so nothing hits the floor and the paint stays safe.
Do you charge more to work in a parking garage?
No. A garage costs the same as a driveway. The price is set by the package and the size of the car, and nothing is added without your OK.
How long does a detail take?
About 1.5 to 2 hours for a Maintain and 2.5 to 3.5 for a Signature on a typical car. You don’t need to wait with it. We text you when it’s done.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to the car and a spot to work. Most people leave a key or meet us for a minute. You get a text and photos when it's done.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes, everything. DI-filtered water for a spot-free rinse, a pressure washer, power, and all the products.
When do I pay?
After the detail, once you've looked the car over. Booking saves your card without charging it. The charge goes through when the job is done.
