Is this a job or contract work?
It's contract work. You're an independent detailer paid per job. You pick your days and which jobs to take, use your own gear and methods, and you're free to work for others too. We bring the customers and handle booking and payment.
How does pay work?
You earn 45% of every job plus 100% of your tips, paid weekly by Venmo or Zelle. After 50 finished jobs with a 4.9 customer rating or better you move to 50%. The job's pay is shown in the app before you accept it.
Are there any perks on top of pay?
Yes. A $15 Centex supply credit for every 5-star Google review that names you, and chemicals at RDR's price through our Centex account. You bring your own setup, so a real discount on what you buy every week is worth more than a one-time payment.
Do I need my own equipment?
Yes, the basics: water tank, pressure washer, compressed air, vacuum and your own products, plus a reliable vehicle to get it all there.
I'm newer to detailing. Can I still apply?
Yes, if you're serious about learning and you have the basics. Tell us where you're at in the form. Everyone starts with a paid trial job.
What happens after I apply?
If it looks like a fit, we'll call you within 48 hours, then set up a paid trial job so we can see your work.
